He is survived by: his sisters, Carol B. Snead (Jerry) and Mary B. Berry (Robert); his sons, Edward A. Torres (Suzanne) of Swan Quarter, Mario Torres of San Jose and Costa Rica; his grandchildren, Bianca N. Torres and Keegan N. Torres; his nieces, Susan S. Carroll (Ted) and Heather L. Ribar (Joe); his great-nieces, Rebecca Carroll and Camille Carroll; his great-nephew Alex Ribar of Garner; and his aunt Mary Lee Rule of Raleigh.
Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions can be made in Steve's memory to a charity of choice.
