She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Barnett and Agnes Mae Riggan Barnett; her husband Sherman Ray Waddell; her daughter Peggy Resendiz; and her siblings, Lucille Barnett Chappell, Arnold Barnett and Nathan Barnett.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances Vargas (Cecilio) of Henderson; her brother Grover Barnett (Anne) of Oxford; her grandchildren, Erica Dimas, Felicia Dimas, Cecilio Lawson, Gabriela Resendiz and Mateo Lawson; and her brother-in-law Phillip Chappell. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
