He was predeceased by: his father Robert Brooks Puckett; and his brothers, Bobby Puckett and Charles Puckett. He is survived by: his mother Frances Bowden Puckett of Wake Forest; his wife Nancy Murphy Puckett; his daughters, Karen P. Bowes of Henderson and Joye P. Cameron of Henderson; his grandchildren, Emily Cameron, Peyton Bowes and Nicholas Cameron; and his brother Sammy Puckett.
