She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Proctor and Mildred Watkins Proctor; her husband Robert Marshall Rowland; her daughter Robin Renee Rowland; and her sister Betty Bennett.
She is survived by: her close friend Philip Peloquin of Oxford; and her sister Carolyn Barbour (Sam) of Angier.
