He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Barbour, Sr. and Mary King Barbour; his wife Lillian Corvi Barbour; and his siblings, W. R. Barbour, Jr., Gerald Barbour, Sr., Ray Barbour, Hilda Barbour Frye and Airlee Barbour Currin.
He is survived by: his sons, Linwood "Woody" Barbour, Jr. (Karen Whittington Barbour) and Jeffrey Corvi Barbour (Joan Carol Martin); his granddaughter Laina Barbour of Raleigh; his brother Kenneth Barbour, Sr. of Buies Creek; and also Anna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
