He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Hicks and Margaret E. Dezern Hicks. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sylvia Jean Goodreau of Henderson; his sons, Gregory Lee Hicks (Pam) of Escondido and Michael David Hicks of Mesa, Arizona; his grandchildren, Christopher Hicks, Dylan Hicks, Rachael Hicks, Samantha Hicks and Joshua Hicks; and his great grandchildren, Kai Hicks and Grace Hicks.
