She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kelley and Catherine Morgan Kelley; and her husband David Harrell. She is survived by: her children, Howard Leonard (Angela) of Warrenton, Melvin Knight of Maryland, Laura Connell of Punta Gorda and Christine Oâ (Kelley). She is also survived by two sisters, six grandchildren; and many beloved great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
