He is survived by: his children, Margaret R. Moss (Roger) of Henderson, Danny Ray Rainey of Henderson and Herbert Wayne Rainey of Durham; and his siblings, Barbara Rainey Mangum of Richmond, Virginia and Joseph Rainey of Henderson. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
