He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Moore (Donnie), Rodney Smith (Sue) and Larry Smith (Betty); his half-brothers, Jimmy and Freddie O'Neal; and his stepbrother Ronnie Harmon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.
