It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Joyner (Welcome, North Carolina), who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald West Joyner and Naomi Jobe Short; and his brother Ronnie West Joyner. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Clark Joyner; his children, Crystal Lynn Joyner of Henderson, Yasmene Clark of Henderson, Alan Dale Joyner, Jr. of Florida, Anthony Thomas Joyner of Henderson and Justin Joyner; and his stepfather Clyde "Bud" Short of Henderson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
