He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Roberts and Jamie Cole Roberts; and his brothers, Dick, Rodney and Don Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Rice Roberts; his children, Melanie Ratchford, David Roberts, Jr. (Kathy) and Daryl Roberts (Laura); his grandchildren, Jamie Roberts (Mika), Clarissa Roberts (Rodrick), Cole Roberts, Kinley Ratchford (Vien), Davis Roberts and Laura Lou Franklin; and his great grandchildren, Josie, Jersey, Evie, Addie and Malcolm.
