He is survived by: his close friend Freda Clark; his siblings, Frank, Ernest Birchfield (Kathleen) and Norma Kerby (Rick); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Warren and Betty Ann Birchfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
