She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Meeks Salzer; her sister Merry Ellen Meeks; and her niece Katarina. She is survived by: her father Bob Salzer; her husband George "Tony" Ruff; her mother-in-law Peg Ruff Deitz; and her brother-in-law Dennis Ruff (Margaret). She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
