He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woods and Stella Stewart Woods; and his siblings, Belva Shuler, Marvin, Jimmy, Bruce and Lewis Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Patri Byers Woods of Waynesville; and his siblings, Brenda Mills (Jack), Linda Brown, Thad Woods (Lee) and Barry Woods (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
