She is survived by: her father J. R. Medford; her sons, Justin and Colton Surrett; her sister Pam Medford Schilling (Rick Oswald); and her grandchildren, Carmella, Abel, Jasper and Charley Surrett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
