He is survived by: his parents, James Richard and Blanche Knight Evans; his wife Beverly Jean Messer-Evans; his children, Cortney Evans, Kara Deaver (Jonah), Brea Evans, Dustin Evans and Amanda Greene; his grandchildren, Stella Chavis, Ellie Henson Deaver, Caitlyn Traber, Colby and Ethan Traber; his brothers, Jimmy Evans (Tina), Neal Evans, Keith Arnold and Keith Smith; and his friend Tracy Reece. He is also survived by numerous sisters and Brothers-in-law; aunts and uncles; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
