It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Romaine W. Casey of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev Jesse H Williams and Margaret Conley Williams; her sister Mary Lillian Gibbs; and her child Jesse Donovan. She is survived by: her brother James Marshall Williams; and her sons, Keldon Jr., Fredrick and Marcellus Casey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren, a nephew, as well as numerous cousins.
