He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Steve (Georgia) of Kentucky and Keith (Andrea) of Alabama; his sisters, Doris Griffin of Greenville, SC and Josephine Snipes of Stuart, FL.; his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Fender of Waynesville, NC and Jerry Birket (Barbara) of Orlando, FL.; and his children, Wendy Collins (Gary) of Waynesville, NC, John Gibbs (Debbie) of Milliken, CO and David Gibbs (Laurie) of Brooksville, FL.
