He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Planchock and Mary Planchock; and his siblings, Judy Hepler, Ellen Fidoe and Jerry Planchock.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Daniel and Megan; his siblings, Marianne and John; and his daughter Barb. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
