She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Plemmons and Hama West Plemmons. She is survived by: her husband Billy Vinson Russell; her sons, Michael Russell (Linda) of Waynesville and Gary Russell (Debbie) of Waynesville; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Russell Afton (Miranda), Kayla Cacicia (Zach), Logan, Levi Russell, Halie, Norah, Murray and Maddie Cacicia; and her siblings, Wayco Ketner of Waynesville and Gene Plemmons (Bobbie Jean). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Calvary Road Baptist Church building fund.
