He was predeceased by: his parents, McKay Rhinehart and Vivian McDowell Rhinehart. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Shook Rhinehart; his sons, Evan Rhinehart (Gina) of Canton, Ala and David Rhinehart of Canton; his sister Kathy Peek (Bob) of Waynesville; and his stepdaughters, Holly Kelley of Houston and Cynthia Soesbee of Sharpsburg, Georgia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
