She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian Leath Harrison; her husband Clarence "Bud" Lowe; her sister Bernice; her brother-in-law Joe Ferranti; her aunts and uncles, Helen, Earl Peirson, Aurilla, Lee Steele and Michael Harrison; and her grandmother Bernice Aurilla Kibby.
She is survived by: her daughter Patra Ann Lowe (Bruce Kemp-Claytor); her brother David Leath (Sandy); her grandchildren, Merry Heather Constante (Robert), Kenneth Robert "Kenny Bob" Constante (Stephanie) and Shane "Ty" Constante (Laura Wilmes); her great grandchildren, Roger Louis Constante, Alex "Mags" Grasty, Henry Tate Constante and Clarence Beauford "Bud" Constante; and her niece Sandra Horton.
