We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2022, at the age of 79, Marie McCracken of Waynesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ashe and Virginia Sheehan Ashe; her son Bobby McCracken; and her brothers, John and Joseph Ashe.

She is survived by: her close friend Jackie Glenn; her children, Kim Reece (Johnny) and Joel McCracken (Bonnie); and her sister Sarah Gibbs. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
