She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Jackson and Carrie Hopkins Frady. She is survived by: her son David Nelson Shope (Martha); and her grandchildren, David Shope, Jr., Katherine Corwin Shope (Jeff Blackwell) and William Justin Shope (Nga Shope). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
