It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Wilfred Kelley (Waynesville, North Carolina), who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, J. D. and Jack Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Jackson Kelley; his daughters, Shirley Franklin (Doug) and Mary Jo Reece (Keith); his sister-in-law Vivian Kelley; and his grandchildren, Patricia Franklin (Will Ross), Carol Cook (Brian), Jenny Revis Todd (Matthew) and Andy Revis (Nicole).
