He was predeceased by: his sister Sherry Bumgarner; his stepfather Charlie Rhodes; and his stepbrothers, Ricky and Jeff Rhodes. He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Eugene Williams and Ruby Milam Rhodes of Waynesville, NC; his son Seth Williams of Philadelphia, PA; his significant other Suzy Richardson of Middlesex, NC; his sister Ytonia Taylor of Evergreen, NC; and his stepbrother Kenny Rhodes.
Instead, the family encourages those who wish to make a charitable donation, to a charity of their choice, in Hank's honor.
