She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Rathbone and Mila Messer Rathbone; her husband James Clifford Phillips; her daughter Pam Martin; and her sisters, Maggie Cagle, Lillie Rathbone, Lenoa Evans, Vena Rhodarmer and Velma Rathbone.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Gibson Conard (Ricky), Lonnie (Jimi) and Ronnie Phillips (Francis); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Greg, Adele, James and Matthew; and her niece Marlene Evans McCall. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
