He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Morgan and Helen Caudle Morgan; his sister Gwen Bowles; and his aunt Julia Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Sue Erwin Morgan; his sons, Joshua F. Morgan (Kathleen) of Waynesville and A. Paul Morgan (Amanda) of Canton; his sister Libba Wagner (Bert) of Lexington, NC; his grandchildren, Austin, Maggie, Adisen, Cecilia, Lance and Fallon; and his great grandchild Emerson.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Frank's memory to Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery Maintenance Fund, 2171 Lake Logan Road, Waynesville, NC 28786.
