We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2023, at the age of 92, Evelyn Barker Jones of Waynesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Barker and Mary Woodard Barker; her husband Amos Jones; her son Jimmy Jones; and her grandson Kade Jones.

She is survived by: her son Doug Jones (Jane); her daughter-in-law Judy Jones; and her grandchildren, Hardy, Jason, Hannah, Adam, Joseph, Brian, David and Randy. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SARGE'S Animal Rescue.
