She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph S. Smith and Louise H. Smith; her husband Polson, Jr.; her son Glenn Polson; and her foster son Scott Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Polson (Lori) and Rocky Polson (Beverly); and her grandsons, Joseph Polson and Andrew Polson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jonathan Valley Baptist Church.
