With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Lance (Waynesville, North Carolina), who passed away on September 30, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley Rickman and Rhoda Arrington Rickman; her former husband John W. Haney, Jr.; her husband Willie Price Lance; her son Dale Edward Haney; and her brothers, George, Harold, Frank, Edward and Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Rhoda Katherine Grooms (David) and James W. Haney (Mary Ann); and her grandchildren, Travis and Misty Grooms.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hurricane Ian victims.
