He is survived by: his mother Claudine Arrington Mathis; his wife Paula Mathis; his daughters, Lori Mathis (Justin) and Amanda Sims; and his siblings, Steve Mathis (Tina) and Tresa Mathis. He is also survived by brother-in-law Matt (April) DeLozier, 5 grandchildren, 5 nieces, 4 nephews and a great niece.
