He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Paul Brown and Wilma Hanson Brown; and his son Justin Brown. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Osborne Brown; his daughter Jennifer McElhaney (Jeff) of Monroe, NC; his brother Gary Brown (Connie); and his grandchildren, Meredith and Lily McElhaney.
