She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel L. Wester and Rebecca W. M. Wester; her siblings, Nellie Coppedge (Mildred), Daphine Hill (Haywood), Pattie W. Watson (James), Glathy W. Bullard and Simon Rogers, Jr.; and her nephew Lewis Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Royster W. O'Neal of Wake Forest; her nephew Mark Watson of Durham; her nieces, Tammy L. Newsome of Franklinton and Rebecca Mitchell of Henderson; and her great-nephew Isaiah Mitchell.
