She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Hailey; and her brother Jim Hailey. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Cheryl H. Perry of Wake Forest and Darrell Heath (Phyllis Leonard) of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Meagan H. Leonard (Eric) of Youngsville and Ashton P. Taylor (Robbie) of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Noah Heath of Youngsville, Loralei of Youngsville and Mabry Leonard of Youngsville; her siblings, Albert Hailey and Betty Harp (Linwood); and her sister-in-law Becky Hailey of Wake Forest. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
