He is survived by: his father Arnoby Gomez of Colombia; his wife Sandra Chirivi Gomez; his children, Michael Gomez (Kayla) of Knoxville, TN and Jessica Agee (Adam) of Raleigh, NC; his granddaughters, Ophelia, Della Agee and Juliana Gomez; his sisters, Anulbia, Lucidia and Martha Gomez of Colombia; his niece Jennifer Montoya of Colombia; his nephew Juan Felipe Arango (England) of London; his aunts, Isaura Beltran-Restrepo of Colombia and Gilma Alazate; his uncle Carlos Alberto Restrepo of Florida; and his cousin Fernando Echeverry of Florida.
