Outlaw; her siblings, Laetitia Denise Turner (James) of Baltimore, MD, Donna Marie Turner of San Diego, CA, Angela Yvonne Thames (Troy) of Baltimore, MD, Carol Turner and John Henry Turner of Baltimore, MD; and her godson Donnell Sturdivant of Wadesboro, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
