She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vernon Smith and Rubye Burch Smith; her husband William D. "Bill" Gaddy; her son Mike Gaddy; and her brothers, Brad, Harry, Charles and Robert Smith.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Gail (John Neal); her grandsons, Zack Neal of Washington State and Ben Neal (Amy) of Durham, NC; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Stella, Anna and Luke.
