She was predeceased by: her parents, William Donnelly and Mabel McLean Donnelly; her son Jerry Richard Blackmore; and her brothers, William Donnelly and David Donnelly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Danene Blackmore Volk of Carthage and Amy Blackmore of New York. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
