Patsy Barrow Barnes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2023, at the age of 76, Patsy Barrow Barnes of Vanceboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claudie Barrow and Reba Barrow of Vanceboro; and her daughter Kimberly. She is survived by: her husband Edmond Ray Barnes; her children, Rhonda Tillman (Curtis), Billie Jo Scott, Tina Barnes, Jennifer Barnes, Matthew Scott (Carolyn), Travis Barnes and Ashley Barnes (Mary); and her brother Harry Mike Barrow (Janet). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
