He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Mills and Fannie Mills; and his siblings, Elmer Earl Mills and Sally Frances Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Gaskins Mills; his children, Greg Mills (Diane), Linda Russell (Roger) and Teresa Barnes (Glenn); and his grandchildren, Roger Glenn Russell (Leigh), Darryl Russell (Laura), Brandon Feller (Dana), Blake Feller and Amy Weaver (Jeff). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
