It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Willis Toler in Vanceboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Toler; and her sons, Danny and Rocky Toler. She is survived by: her children, Debra Jones (Bo) and Desi Toler; and her grandchildren, Travis Jones, Tiffany Jones (Kevin), Misty Rackley (Chris), Steven Toler (Joy), Danny Toler, Matthew Toler, Michael Toler and Priscilla Wall (Adam). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
