He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Buck and Susie Hudson Buck; his former wife Joyce Harris Buck; and his brothers, Ronnie Buck, Allen Buck and Danny Buck.
He is survived by: his wife Letha Mitchell Buck; his children, Angela Wilson (Ben) of Grimesland and Chris Buck of Washington, D. C.; his stepchildren, James Richard Barrow (Selena) of Winterville, Connie Barrow Baker (Curtiss) of Kinston and Rev. Danny Russell Barrow (Tracy) of Williamston; his grandson Josh Wilson (Becca); his great grandchild Emmy; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Nielson (Alan), Joseph Baker (Carolina), Stuart Barrow (Brandy), Jessica Mijangos (Willy), Luke Barrow, Seth Barrow (Patricia) and Jenna Barrow; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Reese, Russ, Archer Barrow, Cody, Dylan, Hunter and Brayden Nielson.
