She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Scott; her parents, William Gaskins and Lena Gaskins; and her brothers, Alton Ray Gaskins and Linwood Hall Gaskins.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Foy (Cheryl) of Greenville, Bonnie Foy of Vanceboro and Donna Hoell (Timmy) of Vanceboro. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and her cats and dogs.
