It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Joan Bland (Vanceboro, North Carolina), who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Cruz Rios; her husband Jack Collins Bland; and her sister Margie Rios. She is survived by: her son Jeb Bland (Felicia) of Vanceboro; her mother Matilda Rios; her grandchildren, Jacob and Abigail Bland; and her stepgranddaughters, Farrah Robinson, Elizabeth Willis and Mallory Griffin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
