He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Louise Elmer and J. W. Austin Woody. He is survived by: his wife Christine Stafford Waterhouse; his children, Caroline Woody Williams of Richmond and Stuart Austin Woody of Briarcliff Manor; his brothers, Competition Tire and John; his sister-in-law Deborah Woody (John Woody); his daughter-in-law Kimberly Woody; and his grandchildren, Maddie, Grace, Faye Williams, Beau, Annie and Augusta Woody. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and his beloved brother.
