She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smiley Tomlin and Mary Edna Tomlin; her husband Reverend Earl Byers; and her brothers, Kelly Tomlin, Jimmy Tomlin and Phinia Tomlin.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Cash (Chip) of Green Creek; her grandchildren, Lucas Cash (Sydney) and Ellese Curry (Skyler); her great grandchildren, Carter, Jaxon, Charleigh and Kennedy; and her siblings, Goldie Byers, Barbara Wheeler, Brenda Lewis, Betty Wise, Larry Tomlin, Robert Tomlin and Lewis Tomlin.
Due to Covid sickness in the family, the funeral service for Margaret Byers has been moved to Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 2:00 p. m.
