She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pearl LaVoice and Dr. Leonard Evans; her children, David (Melody Malak), Dr. Darryl (Beth Malak) and Lesley (Brett Hargrave); her grandchildren, Lynn, Jay, Mitchell, Emma Malak, Madison and Owen; her brother Dr. Martin Evans; and her husband Dave Malak.
