He is survived by: his wife Sandra Byers Paff Bollinger; his son David Allen Bollinger (Lisa); his grandson Michael Cowan Bollinger of Green Creek; his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Bollinger (Rob Stanley) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.; and his stepchildren, Daniel Paff (Lynne) of Landrum, Andrew Paff (Deborah) of Tega Cay, Cindi Pope (Clay) of Clarksville and Heidi Paff Pruette of Montgomery, Alabama. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
