He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Palmer and Eva Georgiann Hoyle Haynes; his great grandchild Joseph Haynes; and his siblings, Roy Haynes (Frances), Raleigh Haynes (Lois), Raymond Haynes, Herman Haynes (Sue), Carl Haynes (Linda), Elena Black (Will), Ola Mae Kampmann (Dean) and Madge Houser (Ben).
He is survived by: his wife Hester Martin Haynes; his children, Chester Haynes (Becky), Stan Haynes (Donna), Dal Haynes (Christine) and Vanessa Gantt (George); his brother Hoyle Haynes (Jo Elaine); his sisters-in-law, Kathryn Haynes, Shirley Gunn, Doris Jackson, Marie Jones and Ruby Dethmann; his grandchildren, CJ Haynes (Maria), Aaron Haynes (Susan), Kristian Haynes and Stephen Haynes (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Isla Haynes and Grey Goines. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
